Learn to Receive and Obey Orders

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Joshua 1:8

God is not silent about what He expects of you. God speaks. He guides as He clearly shows us how to fight every day. We are enlisted in the Lord’s battle and our spiritual victory will come when we learn to receive and obey orders.

There are many battles that the best knowledge and scheme will not grant you victory. Listen to God and diligently follow His commands with total obedience. Great men of war are great men of prayer and the Word. This is how they get their orders. Honest, fervent, and sincere prayer coupled with the diligent study of God’s Word from a heart commitment to do as God says are guaranteed to win spiritual wars. Cultivate receiving and obeying orders.
