24. Respond to God’s Love
God loves you. God cares for you. God has been working behind the scenes of your life and helping you in ways you will neither know nor understand. God’s love for you is unconditional. He is not like your friends or other people in your life whose love is depended on who you are, what you have or what you do. God has nothing to gain from you. He loves you for who you are. He knows your beginning from the end and understands your road of life. He just wants to help you.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

The coming of Jesus Christ to the world was an act of love towards you from God. God still stands with His arms stretched out to you today. Listen to His call, “Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.” Isaiah 55:1 In Christ is true living water. Those who drink of Him never thirst again.

His invitation is for you. He says, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light” Matthew 11:28-30. Respond to God’s love today.
